M. Blake Heath is the lead trial attorney for the firm. He grew up in the small town of East Prairie, Missouri and attended Westminster College for his undergraduate degree. Tim Pudlowski was born in St. Louis, Missouri and grew up in Fenton. He attended Saint Louis University from 2003 to 2006, where he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and graduated magna cum laude. He received his Juris Doctorate in 2010 from Capital University Law School after participating in Moot Court and serving as Managing Editor of the Capital University Law Review. Joshua is a native of Missouri, having obtained his Bachelor's Degree from Missouri State University, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. Prior to entering private practice, Joshua clerked for a Federal judge for the Western District in Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Baker is an experienced and aggressive trial attorney.
