He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), and the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA). He is an approved arbitrator by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and a mediator through the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri (WDMo).

I am a solo practitioner practicing in Eastern Missouri. I am a lifelong resident of Kansas City. I attended Rockhurst High School, the University of Missouri-Columbia, and the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where I served as Literary Editor of the Law Review. Upon my graduation from law school, I spent one year as a judicial law clerk in Jackson County, Missouri and then spent several years at a prominent Kansas City litigation firm. I am a proud St. Louis native and alumnus of St. Louis University High School, the St. Louis University College of Arts and Sciences, and the St. Louis University School of Law. My legal career began in 1997 as an Assistant City Counselor for the City of St. Louis, where I was initially assigned to Lambert International Airport.
