Randy J. Reichard has been practicing law since 1995 and focuses his practice on representing victims and families of personal injury and wrongful death cases arising from automobile accidents, slip and falls, and workers’ compensation claims. Randy also has extensive experience handling insurance coverage disputes, insurance bad faith claims, and real estate litigation. A skilled trial attorney, he successfully has tried cases throughout southwest Missouri and has appeared before the Missouri Court of Appeals and the Missouri Supreme Court. Randy joined Lowther Johnson as an associate in 1995 and became a member of the firm in 2000.

Ken Reynolds represents creditors and debtors in bankruptcy cases. He presently represents the Cities of Aurora, Crane, Everton, Marionville, Verona, Walnut Grove, and Willard in matters pertaining to municipal law. Ken is a lawyer in Springfield, MO and has practiced law in Missouri for over 30 years experience and previously spent 21 years as a partner of RGG Law, a well-established law firm in Southwest Missouri. He is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Oklahoma.

David A. Fielder possesses more than 20 years of legal experience and currently handles a diverse array of civil litigation matters, including commercial litigation, personal injury, real estate, family law, and estate planning.

Joshua is a native of Missouri, having obtained his Bachelor's Degree from Missouri State University, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. Prior to entering private practice, Joshua clerked for a Federal judge for the Western District in Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Baker is an experienced and aggressive trial attorney. Joshua has obtained successful trial verdicts for his clients both at the trial level, and at the appellate level before the Southern District Court of Appeals. Joshua and his family currently reside in Ozark, Missouri, where he is an active member of the community.

I grew up in Southwest Missouri and have practiced law here for over thirty years. My wife and I have three children and two grandchildren. I enjoy helping families achieve their goals with estate planning.
