I have represented all the types of parties that can be involved in bankruptcy--creditors, debtors, family farmers in chapter 12, and creditors' committee in chapter 11. I was the first head of the Office of the U. S. Trustee in St. Louis (1988-93) and have served as a chapter 7 trustee from 2004 through the present. All the bankruptcy judges in Missouri, in both the Western and Eastern Districts, know my work and know me personally. My 30+ years of experience will serve any client well in bankruptcy matters.

I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis, where I earned academic all-conference honors while playing varsity football.
