Erin graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law. After graduation, Erin joined Reuter Law Firm, now known as Reuter Merkle Law Firm, as an associate attorney. She is a member of St. Catherine Laboure and involved in many organizations including: Heartland Industries, Inc. (a sheltered workshop), the Missouri Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, Women Lawyers’ Association of St. Louis, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), Affton Chamber of Commerce, South County Chamber of Commerce and Crestwood-Sunset Hills Chamber of Commerce. After 27 years of representing insurance companies, I made a significant career shift. I now leverage the extensive knowledge gained from my defense practice to assist individuals who have been injured due to someone else's negligence. My practice areas include handling cases related to slip and falls, dog bites, trucking accidents, and police misconduct.

I grew up in Southwest Missouri and have practiced law here for over thirty years. My wife and I have three children and two grandchildren. I enjoy helping families achieve their goals with estate planning.

Joshua is a native of Missouri, having obtained his Bachelor's Degree from Missouri State University, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. Prior to entering private practice, Joshua clerked for a Federal judge for the Western District in Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Baker is an experienced and aggressive trial attorney. Joshua has obtained successful trial verdicts for his clients both at the trial level, and at the appellate level before the Southern District Court of Appeals. Joshua and his family currently reside in Ozark, Missouri, where he is an active member of the community.
