Gotfredson Law Office PLLC is a Twin Cities, MN area law firm specializing in estate planning and probate services. Our services include wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives. We also represent individuals who have been nominated or appointed as personal representatives of a decedent's estate. We are conveniently located in Maple Grove, MN.

For over 20 years I have been defending people charged with criminal offenses. I defend cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies. I also practice family law, mainly divorce cases. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa and my Juris Doctorate from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul MN. I was a late bloomer. I didn't even start on my undergraduate degree until I was 35. Perseverence pays off, however. I made it all the way through undergrad and law school and have been practicing since 1994. Much of that time was spent as a solo practitioner, but I have a colleague who is an equal owner with me. My practice is limited to estate planning (wills and trusts), probate, guardianship/conservatorships and all aspects of family law (divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, property division, etc.)
