While in law school, I worked at the Veterans Law Clinic, where I had the opportunity to represent veterans seeking disability benefits. Steven Kaplan, a 1981 honors graduate of Detroit College of Law, served as an assistant prosecuting attorney for Macomb County for 24 years, and for Wayne County for two years.
