I have been in practice since 1975. My practice is limited to representing the victims of serious personal injury throughout the state of Michigan. While we represent individuals injured in auto,truck and motorcycle accidents, dog bites, and workers compensation claims, over the past 25 years I have concentrated my practice in representing victims of construction site accidents. Steven Kaplan, a 1981 honors graduate of Detroit College of Law, served as an assistant prosecuting attorney for Macomb County for 24 years, and for Wayne County for two years. He has been a member of the M.S.U. College of Law faculty since 1998, teaching trial advocacy and advance evidence courses.
