I started working as an intern in the Muskegon County Prosecutor's Office in 1984. In1986 I joined the firm of Potuznik, Spaniola, Wilson, Anderson & Nolan, PC. In 1990, I started my own firm which later became Nolan & Nolan, PC. I eventually opened Nolan Law Offices, PLLC and our law firm is one of the most sought after criminal defense firms in Western Michigan. My practice is varied and litigation oriented and includes almost four decades of experience. I am admitted to practice in all Michigan state courts; the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the Northern District of Indiana, and the Federeal Bankruptcy Court in Northern Kentucky; and the Supreme Court of the United States. My real estate practice has included considerable work in the area of Condominium Law besides work in title issues, transfers, and development matters.
