In 2022, Bob Schlacks joined Conybeare injury and Accident Lawyers. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in economics, graduating cum laude from Eastern Illinois University, with a minor in pre-law studies. Initially planning to pursue economics, Bob changed course after joining his undergraduate mock trial team. The challenge of interpreting the law, applying it to real-world cases, and presenting arguments in a courtroom setting captivated him and ultimately shaped his career path. Tim Slais graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. In 1995, he became a Michigan State Police Trooper, and he was assigned to the South Haven Post where he investigated both traffic and criminal complaints. After being shot in the line of duty, Tim retired from the State Police in 2005, and he went on to study law at Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
