Jennifer Duitsman Coy graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science, and received her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. She has been practicing law since early 2011. Her practice areas include estate planning, probate, real estate, and family law. Jennifer is also a trained mediator and volunteers with the 46th Circuit’s Legal Aid Divorce Clinic.

General Practice in Michigan and Federal Courts for over 54 years. Practice currently limited to Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcies.

Bethany received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Saginaw Valley State University and her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan. Bethany currently serves as secretary for the Saginaw County Bar Association and Vice President for the Women Lawyer's Association of Michigan- Great Lakes Bay Region. During her law school career, she participated in Thomas M. Cooley Law School’s Estate Planning Clinic that allowed her to assist local senior citizens with their estate planning issues. My practice is varied and litigation oriented and includes almost four decades of experience. I am admitted to practice in all Michigan state courts; the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the Northern District of Indiana, and the Federeal Bankruptcy Court in Northern Kentucky; and the Supreme Court of the United States. My real estate practice has included considerable work in the area of Condominium Law besides work in title issues, transfers, and development matters.
