Bethany received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Saginaw Valley State University and her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan. Bethany currently serves as secretary for the Saginaw County Bar Association and Vice President for the Women Lawyer's Association of Michigan- Great Lakes Bay Region. Todd Bailey is a general practitioner who represents individuals and businesses with their legal needs. While Todd is physically located in Traverse City, he has clients in other areas of Northern Michigan, the State of Michigan, and other states in the country who have legal needs in Michigan.
