Jaye followed her life-long passion for justice and ethics, graduating from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville in 2015. Upon graduation, Jaye worked as a staff attorney for the Louisville Metro Public Defender's Office, then spent seven years as a staff attorney at the Department of Public Advocacy. In July of 2023 Jaye went into private practice, founding her private criminal defense firm, Bryant-Hays Law, PLLC.

Jenny was born and raised in Campbellsville, Kentucky. She attended Center College for undergraduate studies, where she graduated with a B.A. in International Studies. After college, Jenny spent a year in Japan teaching English through the JET Programme. Attorney Kathleen Thompson (formerly known as Kathleen Coffey) is a dedicated trial lawyer who has focused her practice on helping injury victims seek justice for a variety of personal injuries including medical malpractice and nursing home abuse.
