Kansas native, graduated from Kansas University Law School in 1982. Engaged in private practice of law, practice limited to civil matters; personal injury, consumer matters, landlord tenant, estate planning, real estate and business transactions.

In the last 30 years the main areas of Law I practice are Personal Injury, Domestic Law (Divorce and Custody issues) and Criminal Law with significant Court Room Experience in all the above areas with over 30 Jury Trials in 5 different Counties covering the Eastern portion of the State of Kansas.

I am a Christian, husband, and father of five who has work experience in the sciences, manufacturing, and the mission field. I am a hard worker, a diligent researcher, and an effective representative. I am committed to providing excellent legal services to all those who will trust me to be their attorney.
