Estate Planning was always the area in which I wanted to practice and I took the courses in law school that would give me a solid background in this area of the law. Courses in Probate, Wills, Trusts, and Business Law, were very much a part of my curriculum. I graduated from the Washburn University Law School in December of 1982 and have practiced law in Kansas ever since. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Washburn University and earned a full-tuition scholarship to Washburn Law School.
