Travis focuses on labor and employment law, business law, and estate planning. He’s licensed to practice law in Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky. Travis graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he made Dean’s List seven terms and was a Law Journal executive editor. He and his wife Betsie, a public school teacher, live in Bloomington, Indiana, with their four children. Much of their free time is spent working on their small family farm.

I graduated cum laude from Drake University Law School where I was Chairman of our Moot Court Team, arguing in national competition. I greatly enjoyed learning the law and was a member of, and wrote for the Drake Law Review. In my third year the University allowed me to double my academic hours and graduate a semester early, which had not before been extended to a Drake law student. I have been practicing trial level Criminal Defense in courts across the State of Indiana. I am commission qualified for appointment in major felonies up to and including murder. What that means is that I have documented experience in trial for major felonies.

Kristina was born in Poughkeepsie, New York. Her family moved to Olathe, Kansas when she was five years old. She later moved to Indiana when she was fifteen years old. After attending Westfield High School, she earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in French and Psychology from Butler University, cum laude.

In 2009, Kristina joined Hensley Legal Group as a legal assistant in the Social Security disability department. Kristina then became a case manager in the Social Security disability department and then became a Non-Attorney Representative in the disability department where she represented clients at their disability hearings.

Mallory Slaton grew up in Ladoga, a small town in west central Indiana. With the goal of becoming an attorney, she attended Purdue University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. While enrolled at Purdue, Mallory worked at Hensley Legal Group, PC during the summer and over breaks as a legal assistant.
