I was born in Comstock Park, Michigan, but have been a resident of Indiana for 40 years. Graduate from Michigan Technical University in 1971 with Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and attained Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1978. I am a Sole Practitioner in Indiana with 37 years of civil litigation and trial work.

During the past two decades, Catherine (Cathy) Kyle has devoted her practice to representing individuals and companies in civil litigation and business matters. Cathy’s varied experience allows her to provide a range of services to her clients and to offer new perspectives and solutions to their legal problems.

Mr. Karnes was born in Norfolk, Virginia and he graduated from Tabernacle Baptist School, Virginia Beach, Virginia. Mr. Karnes received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-law from Bob Jones University in 1996. He received his law degree from the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis, magna cum laude in 2001. Grace E. Dillow was born and raised in Indiana, graduating from Shelbyville High School in 2013, Butler University in 2017, and I.U. McKinney School of Law in 2020. I handle appeals in all federal and Indiana state appellate courts, in both civil and criminal proceedings. Besides Indiana courts, I also practice regularly in the the United States Courts of Appeals for the Seventh and Eighth Circuits, and have also worked on appeals in most of the other federal circuits as well as the United States Supreme Court.
