Born in Brooklyn, New York, a Florida resident since 1971, graduate of the University of Central Florida, Florida State University and the University of Florida, admitted to the Florida Bar in 1983, admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court in 1992, and has practiced law for over 37 years.

Aylette Figueredo, Esq. holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University, where she majored in Criminal Justice (B.S.). She received her Juris Doctorate from Saint Thomas University School of Law.
