Exclusively practice in the area of immigration law with a specific focus in family immigration. Services include, family petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, naturalization applications, Removal of Conditions( I-751), Green card renewals, and N-600 applications. I have practiced Immigration Law and Appeals since 1986. I have represented people from all over the world and have been able to win asylum cases before the EOIR, the BIA and several courts of appeal. Many are precedent decisions.
