I am a sole practitioner. My practice areas cover a wide range with an emphasis on immigration, personal injury, business litigation, and small business transactions. I have practiced Immigration Law and Appeals since 1986. I have represented people from all over the world and have been able to win asylum cases before the EOIR, the BIA and several courts of appeal. Many are precedent decisions.
