My practice concentrates on family law as well cross-over family law and immigration issues. I am fluent in the English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages. I am reasonably flexible with my work schedule to accommodate working clients.

I am a sole practitioner. My practice areas cover a wide range with an emphasis on immigration, personal injury, business litigation, and small business transactions. I have practiced Immigration Law and Appeals since 1986. I have represented people from all over the world and have been able to win asylum cases before the EOIR, the BIA and several courts of appeal. Many are precedent decisions. My commitment toward immigrants and the rights of the undocumented is unwavering. I remain dedicated to the cause of Human Rights and apply that to my daily work life.

Academic and professional qualifications include, LLB(Hon) ( UK) , LLM( cum laude) California Western School of Law, Attorney licensed in Sri Lanka, Attorney licensed in California,USA, Diploma in Forensic Medicine and Science for lawyers( Sri Lanka). Exclusively practice in the area of immigration law with a specific focus in family immigration.
