Chien-Yu (Michael) Wang is the Managing Attorney at Wilner and O'Reilly's Sacramento office. He handles both family and business based immigration matters along with removal defense. Mr. Wang is admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central and Eastern Districts of California. He is a member of the Los Angeles Country Bar Association, the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association, the Sacramento County Bar Association and the Asian-Pacific Bar Association of Sacramento.

Kaushik Ranchod has committed his legal practice and career to helping people from around the world fulfill their dream of visiting, working, or living in America. Judith Goodman focuses her practice on immigration law, including deportation defense, family visas, and citizenship. She is knowledgeable and experienced in these areas and in the immigration consequences of criminal convictions. Judith received her law degree from the University of California at Berkeley and spent her first 3 years as a lawyers assisting judges. She then worked in a civil law firm, and has been concentrating on immigration since 2002. Judith speaks Spanish fluently, and the majority of her clients are Spanish-speakers, but she assists clients of all nationalities.

Attorney Abner Pinedo was born in Lima, Peru and immigrated to the United States with his family in the early 90s. Mr. Pinedo is licensed to practice law in the state of California, where he has been a member of the bar since December 2016. Mr. Pinedo holds both a Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University's School of Law. As an undergraduate at the University of California, Irvine, he earned two Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Economics and Anthropology. Over the years, Mr. Pinedo has helped hundreds of individuals obtain family-based visas, green cards, waivers, VAWAs, U-Visas and citizenship....

My practice concentrates on family law as well cross-over family law and immigration issues. I am fluent in the English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages. I am reasonably flexible with my work schedule to accommodate working clients.

I am a sole practitioner. My practice areas cover a wide range with an emphasis on immigration, personal injury, business litigation, and small business transactions. Within these areas of law, I have assisted a wide variety of clients on matters ranging from immigration asylum hearings to EDD unemployment insurance administrative hearings to shareholder disputes before the American Arbitration Association. In personal, academic, and professional aspects of my life, I have always had an interest in international and cultural affairs. As a child of Turkish and Mexican parents, I was reared in a multi-cultural household, resulting in my conversational use of Spanish and Turkish languages. During my University education, I was a governing member of Trenza, the Hispanic women’s organization, and also participated in the University’s English Language Conversation Partner Program as a English Tutor.
