In 1987, James M. Roche began his legal career as a defense lawyer. In 1998, he followed his underlying passion for personal injury law and began working as a personal injury lawyer. After obtaining his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law in 1989, Christopher Theisen launched his legal career with CNA Insurance Companies in Chicago as a staff attorney.
