While earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Arous garnered ample experience in healthcare management and held leadership positions at various renowned healthcare organizations, served as a hospital board member, and presented as a guest lecturer on Title 22/Policy Law at USC Leonard David School of Gerontology.
