William Dean is a 2008 of the University of Hawaii's William S. Richardson School of Law. He then became a Judge Advocate with the U.S. Air Force and provided a assistance on a wide variety of legal specialties to hundreds of clients, including criminal justice, business law, estate planning, real estate, divorce and family law, and federal law. William is a seasoned negotiator and mediator. He is also a financial expert with advanced degrees in finance and high level financial positions in government and industry.

Glen T. Hale has practiced law on Kauai for eighteen years. His practice is focused on Real Estate law, Condominium Law (the creation and management of CPRs), Estate Planning, and business transactional matters. Mr. Hale's experience includes thirteen years as a trial lawyer. On Kauai, Mr. Hale has managed the purchase of a multi-million dollar farm and created one of the largest CPR projects on Kauai as well as more than one hundred CPR projects.

My practice is located on the East side of Hawaii Island, primarily in the areas of Estate Planning, Business Law and Real Estate transactions. We have a small office, and provide friendly, practical service. I was born and raised in Hilo, moved back home about 20 years ago to practice law, and I would not live anywhere else in the world.
