We practice in Washington and Oregon. Our practice areas are plaintiff personal injury, business and health care law. I graduated from the UW School of Law in 1975.

Tom Ehrlichman is a Washington land use and real estate attorney representing municipalities, tribes, churches, corporations and partnerships, landowners and neighbors. Tom was admitted to the Washington bar in 1991, earned his law degree from U.C. Berkeley Law, and received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University, with honors in History. He is a Washington native, married to Barbara Dykes Ehrlichman, has two grown children, and five grandchildren! He is a practicing musician, gardener and landscaper on five forested acres.

Doug Ehlke is a trial lawyer from Federal Way with a National OSHA defense and labor law practice. After 7 years with Weyerhaeuser Company's Law Department, Doug formed his own law firm in 1978. Doug is a national board certified trial lawyer in both civil trial work and pre-trial advocacy.

He has successfully handled cases for employers throughout the United States, in Federal, State and administrative court. In 2009, his office won dismissals in OSHA citation appeals in New Jersey, Colorado, and Wisconsin on cases involving lockout/tagout charges, employment discrimination claims and workplace accidents and fatalities.
