Prior to embarking on her legal career Ms. Sausville spent more than a decade with the National Cancer Institute and its contractors working in various facets of oncology drug discovery and development (publications available upon request). More recently Ms. Sausville provided regulatory and legal support for the oncology clinical trials work of the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer Center. In support of her clients' needs, Ms. Sausville combines her background and experience in science, public health and the law. Working as a solo practitioner, Ms. Sausville brings personal attention to every client.

Peter Hershey's practice focuses on environmental, natural and cultural resources, zoning and land use, construction, and commercial law. He advises clients on a wide range of issues and is active in the firm’s administrative, trial and appellate litigation practices. Prior to joining Rich & Henderson, Peter served as a judicial law clerk and senior judicial law clerk to the Honorable Christopher B. Kehoe, Maryland Court of Special Appeals (later renamed the Maryland Appellate Court), and as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Broughton M.
