Additionally, I assist clients in conducting environmental due diligence, and in securing incentives for redevelopment of contaminated property.

Mr. Leiby has practiced construction law in Florida since 1973. He is board certified by the Florida Bar in construction law. He was the founder and first chairman of the Florida Bar Construction Law Committee. In 2008 he was awarded the lifetime achievement award by the Florida Bar Construction Law Committee.
