Joshua began his legal career working for a boutique firm in Gainesville focusing on consumer litigation and property disputes. In addition to proudly serving in the Florida Army National Guard, he spends considerable time supporting local charities and educating the public on issues related to real estate and the mortgage industry.

David Allen is an associate in the GrayRobinson Miami office. He works with the firm’s Business Section and Government Affairs and Lobbying Section to address matters in the areas of health law, regulatory compliance, data privacy and security, transactional law, and government affairs. Specifically, David handles operational, corporate, transactional, compliance, and regulatory matters for a diverse range of industry operators and leaders, including hospitals and health systems, health insurance providers, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers and distributors, physician groups, and other regulated providers.
