After graduating from law school and being admitted to the Florida bar in 2008, Mr. Sanchez worked for a national consumer bankruptcy firm handling a large volume of chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases. Mr. Sanchez has also handled a wide range of cases including personal injury matters.

I am a native Floridian raised in Daytona Beach, Florida. Since I first learned about the U.S. Constitution and the civil rights cases of the 1950s and '60s when I was a young boy, I knew I wanted to be a lawyer: to help and serve people when liberty, freedom, or property are on the line; to ensure justice is served. I am a fervent defender of the Constitution and its guarantees enumerated in the Bill of Rights and subsequent amendments. In practice since 1989, our team has led the way in federal student loan discharges, stay violation sanctions and the Mortgage Modification Program in the Middle District of Florida. We teach modification across the country-ND CA, NV, AZ, SC, IL, and NY. We are proud to represent consumers and small businesses in their efforts to stay in their homes and keeping their commercial endeavors viable. To date, we have discharged more than $1.7 million in federal student loans and are going strong with the new guidance. We strive to be the best representation out there for the community.
