In practice since 1989, our team has led the way in federal student loan discharges, stay violation sanctions and the Mortgage Modification Program in the Middle District of Florida. We teach modification across the country-ND CA, NV, AZ, SC, IL, and NY. After graduating from law school and being admitted to the Florida bar in 2008, Mr. Sanchez worked for a national consumer bankruptcy firm handling a large volume of chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases. Mr. Sanchez has also handled a wide range of cases including personal injury matters.

My practice focuses on civil litigation and counseling, including commercial and shareholder disputes, antitrust, class action, product liability, and environmental litigation. I have brought and defended litigation in courts across the United States, and coordinated litigation in Europe and the Middle East with foreign counsel. I also provide counseling and advice regarding corporate formation, compliance, risk mitigation, and internal investigations.
