I practice exclusively in the area of Marital and Family Law in the State of Florida, including original dissolution of marriage actions, modification actions, enforcement actions, and appeals concerning Marital and Family Law.

I am admitted to practice before all courts in Florida and Ohio, and the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio. I am a member of The Florida Bar, and the Canakaris American Inn of Court

Joseph Kenny is a shareholder with the firm practicing in the areas of general Civil Litigation. Joseph graduated Magna Cum Laude from Stetson University College of Law receiving the Victor O. Wehle Award for excellence in trial advocacy, and the Suzanne Armstrong Award for excellence in legal writing. While attending law school, Joseph was a member of the Stetson Law Review and competed on the Stetson Moot Court board. Amanda Felten is a shareholder with the firm practicing general Commercial and Civil Litigation, Estate Planning and Probate, and providing Real Estate, Title, and Closing services. A native of Florida, Amanda attended Florida State University where she received her bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Political Science. After completing her undergraduate degree, Amanda earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where she served as a member of the Moot Court Board and class representative to the Student Bar Association.
