I have been in practice in the State of Wisconsin for over 30 years and have been in the Hudson community for over 25. I have a varied litigation practice that is now focused on Family Law, Criminal Defense and Personal Injury. I litigate cases from beginning to closure; meet clients; research and prepare for court hearings; draft pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs.

Randall J. Andersen has 24 years of experience representing individuals, businesses and cooperatives in a wide variety of civil legal matters. He provides general counsel and legal services for businesses, including business acquisitions, entity formation, employment law matters, the drafting of contracts and legal agreements, real estate transactions, condominium law, business litigation and enforcement of creditor's rights. Legal services provided for individual clients include estate planning and probate administration, real estate transactions, family law, and litigation. He is an active member and former president of Madison Horizons Rotary Club, member of Wisconsin Agri-Service Association, and the Madison Estate Council.

During law school, Attorney Alexandra Isroff attended the Chicago-Kent College of Law and graduated in 2005 and was admitted into the State Bar of Illinois in 2006. Prior to that, for her undergraduate, she went to the University of Wisconsin - Madison and graduated in 2002 and majored in Journalism and Women's Studies.

He received his law degree in May, 2018 from Mitchell-Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He passed the Wisconsin Bar Exam shortly after graduation. Joe has a combined three years of courtroom experience litigating a variety of issues from criminal defense to personal injury, where he secured good outcomes for his clients. Attorney James R. Mills has assisted clients in all of Southeastern Wisconsin for over twenty-one (21) years. Attorney Mills is an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau, Town Attorney for the Town of East Troy, and a member of several local community organizations.
