Theresa Lorella became an attorney to help people find their voices in difficult and emotional circumstances. While she is a strong advocate in litigation, Theresa believes in reducing conflict whenever possible. She is specially trained in collaborative law and serves as a neutral mediator in settlement conferences. Theresa has significant experience representing clients in the technology industry and in high value asset cases involving real estate, work-related benefits, and stock award division. As a trained guardian ad litem (GAL), she is effective in cases involving parenting plans and nonparental custody.

I am originally from the Western and Central regions of Oklahoma. I was born and had lived in Oklahoma all my life. But, after visiting the beautiful state of Washington in the Fall of 2013, I decided to make the Pacific Northwest my new home. I packed up my family and our belongings and moved to Tacoma in 2015. In 1991, Attorney Susan Alexander earned her Juris Doctor Law Degree, with cum laude honors, from Gonzaga University School of Law. She has been licensed to practice law in Washington State since 1991. Attorney Alexander began her law career as a clerk with the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Washington. She later served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Nevada Supreme Court, and as a King County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. Riley’s strong desire for justice and fairness led her to the practice of law, where she strives to ensure her clients receive compassionate and meaningful representation. Prior to joining Bliss Law Group, Riley represented youth and young adults at a Pierce County non-profit civil law firm. Growing up in a military family, she moved around to various locations, including North Carolina and Germany, until her family landed in Washington.
