I grew up in the once-great town of Aberdeen Washington, went to Whitman College and law school at Washington and Lee University in Virginia. I began working in family law during my time in law school and have been practicing in this area ever since. I am deeply passionate about advocating for and representing LGBTQ+ individuals and families, particularly transgender clients. My commitment to the LGBTQ+ community began in high school, and during law school, I had the opportunity to represent queer and transgender clients as a legal intern.
