Founding member Jennifer Espronceda is a lifelong resident of San Antonio. She received her undergraduate degree with honors from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi and her law degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Having worked for a large, global law firm following graduation, Jennifer delivers business “know-how” with a results-oriented style that provides clients and colleagues with vision, creativity and leadership. Prior to graduating from law school, Jennifer was selected for a judicial internship in the Southern District of Texas where she worked for the Honorable George P. Kazen.

Brett H. Pritchard is a graduate from Brigham Young University and Texas Tech University. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University in 1996, and a Juris Doctorate degree from Texas Tech University in 1998. Mr. Pritchard was chosen to be part of the Texas Tech School of Law Legal Research Board while in Texas Tech's legal program due to his impressive research and writing abilities.
