During my more than 20 years of legal experience, I learned that the community needs legal support for individual and family issues. A large part of my practice focuses on family law and personal injury law, but each client has unique needs and concerns.

Chris Beavers, an associate with Banks and Jones, joined the firm upon graduation from law school. Chris primary areas of practice are workers' compensation, family law, personal injury, criminal defense, and estate law.

For twenty years our office has provided legal representation in divorce, child support, child custody, family law, personal injury and civil trial practice.

Margaret Held has known she wanted to be a lawyer since she was 8 years old, hearing the stories of her grandfather's practice in Knoxville.
