Keith was born in Dallas and grew up in Connecticut. He lettered twice on the local varsity rugby team and was a radio disk-jockey. Shelley L. Levisay is a Christian community-oriented attorney that dedicates herself to her clients. She is a Shawnee native having attended high school at Liberty Academy, college at Oklahoma Baptist University, and lawschool at the University of Oklahoma.
