Jesse graduated from The University of Akron in 2001 with a degree in Fire Protection Technology. He graduated again in 2004 with degrees in the Arts and Emergency Management. In 2006 he received his Master's degree in Sociology and began work on his PhD. After much contemplation he decided to apply this background to the field of law and subsequently graduated from The Ohio State University in early 2009. Luis Villarroel, an immigrant from Venezuela, has lived in Columbus for over 20 years. With more than eight years of experience in immigration law, he specializes in family and employment immigration as well as criminal law. For over 15 years, he has been dedicated to serving the Hispanic community, focusing on guiding individuals through their immigration processes and representing them in court.

EXPERIENCE Tonya is licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky. She limits her practice to Estate Planning and Administration, Family Law and Bankruptcy. She has been practicing since 2012.
