Jesse graduated from The University of Akron in 2001 with a degree in Fire Protection Technology. He graduated again in 2004 with degrees in the Arts and Emergency Management. In 2006 he received his Master's degree in Sociology and began work on his PhD. After much contemplation he decided to apply this background to the field of law and subsequently graduated from The Ohio State University in early 2009.
