I’m a retired Police Sergeant with over 20 years of service and a former Probation Officer. I have over 22 years experience in law enforcement which helps broaden my knowledge and experience in defending criminal, dwi, dui, traffic tickets and other criminal matters in Municipal Court and Superior Court and other county courts throughout the state of New Jersey. Brian Schiller specializes in the areas of criminal law, personal injury, business and corporate law, and automobile dealership law and franchise practice law. He also devotes some of his time representing both banks and borrowers in SBA and commercial loan transactions.
