Joseph graduated from the Lawrenceville School in Lawrenceville, NJ and attended Lafayette College in Easton, PA, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. While at Lafayette, he was a member of their Division 1 baseball team and the fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta. Joseph then attended the New York Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctorate.
