During law school, Jared gained valuable legal experience working as a Senior-Certified Student Guardian ad Litem for the UNL Children’s Justice Clinic where he represented children subjected to abuse or neglect by a parent. He also worked as a legal intern for the Project Harmony/Foster Care Review Office which oversees all Nebraska youth in out-of-home placements. Theresa M. Siglar, J.D., M.S. Taxation, C.P.A., primarily practices law in Lincoln, Nebraska, specializing in the areas of debtor bankruptcy, selected creditor bankruptcy defense representation, tax preparation, civil litigation, will and estate preparation, and criminal defense, specializing in drug cases. Theresa graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law with her Juris Doctor. Theresa graduated from American University, Washington, D.C. with her Master's in Taxation, and passed the Certified Public Accountancy examination.
