I am a solo practitioner practicing in Eastern Missouri. My practice focus is on meeting the individual's needs: - Criminal Law - Family Law (Divorce, Custody) - Consumer Law I also offer counseling on small business and employment law. David Mangan grew up in Festus, Missouri and attended Festus R-6 High School, during which he participated in the Missouri Scholar's Academy, Missouri Boys' State, and the National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine.
