Brian Hilderley is a Jackson, Michigan based attorney with a law practice focused on business law, personal injury, family law and criminal defense.

After graduating from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2006, I began partnering with experienced and capable attorneys to gain knowledge and expertise in Family Law. I continue to assist families in resolving their domestic issues such as divorce, child custody, paternity, support and all other aspects of family law. My practice is varied and litigation oriented and includes almost four decades of experience. I am admitted to practice in all Michigan state courts; the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the Northern District of Indiana, and the Federeal Bankruptcy Court in Northern Kentucky; and the Supreme Court of the United States. My real estate practice has included considerable work in the area of Condominium Law besides work in title issues, transfers, and development matters.
