Rebekka is a litigation associate whose practice areas include family law, criminal law and civil litigation. She graduated from Widener University School of Law where she was the Vice-President and Colloquium Coordinator of Trial Advocacy Honor Society and the Pennsylvania Bar Representative of the Student Bar Association. After taking her legal studies abroad to Switzerland, Rebekka was delighted to return to her home town to practice law.

After spending more than a decade as an insurance defense attorney for a state agency and a fortune 500 Insurance company, Ms. Hogan decided to pursue her real passion for the law by establishing her firm. Cameron joined our firm after serving as law clerk to the Honorable Julia B. Weatherly, known across Maryland as one of the most experienced jurists in family law matters. Cameron’s extensive “behind the scenes” education while serving as clerk is invaluable to her clients who face the prospect of appearing in court for a family law matter. Cameron is a trained mediator and has been since 2008, with a focus on child access mediation. She is currently a Court Appointed Mediator and is assigned mediation cases by the Court as well as accepting private mediations.

Shereese earned her Bachelors in Business Administration from Howard University in 2009, and was awarded her J.D. degree from Charlotte School of Law in 2017. During her law school career, Shereese worked in the School's Wills Practitioner's Clinic where she primarily assisted members of the community with their estate planning needs. Shereese also served as the President of the Christian Legal Society during her final two years of law school. .

Cynthia H. Clark joined the Law Offices of Paula J. Peters in January 2012 after more than 15 years of legal practice both in law firms and corporate firms throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia. In February of 2015, she became a partner in the firm, which changed to Cynthia H. Clark & Associates, P.A. With the retirement of the firm’s founder, Cynthia H. Clark becomes the principal of the new firm, Cynthia H. Clark & Associates, LLC.

Mr. Hannon came into the law after having served the nation as a Marine officer, where he earned numerous awards and distinctions for his service, as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Penn State University and a Master of Arts Degree in International Relations from Salve Regina University. Mr. Hannon went on to attain his law degree.
