Gary Denning has practiced law in Central Kansas for over 30 years. He has lived in Salina since graduating from Salina Central. His legal education was at The University of Kansas.

Gary has taken a leadership role in the Salina community, having been elected to the Salina USD 305 School Board 4 times. He has also been on the governing boards of Ashby House, DVACK, and the Salina Parks and Recreation Commission.

In addition to representing the parties to divorce and custody cases, he has also represented children as Guardian Ad Litem in dozens of Central Kansas cases.

Mindy Ellen Wheeler is a proud Wichita native, and a graduate of Wichita East High School and Wichita State University. Before deciding to go to law school, Ms. Wheeler worked in the Wichita banking industry for nearly a decade. Thereafter, she returned to Wichita State University and received her bachelor’s degree in History and Philosophy. Ms. Smith-Woertz focuses on family law, primarily handling cases involving divorce, child support, child custody and residency, parenting issues, and paternity. She serves clients throughout the northeastern quadrant of the state. Ms. Smith-Woertz is a Certified Mediator through the Kansas Office of Judicial Administration and regularly acts as a mediator/conciliator for parties involved in domestic disputes.

DENNIS DEPEW is the Administrative Partner in the Depew Law Firm in Neodesha, Kansas. He graduated from the University of Kansas in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Degree and the University of Kansas School of Law in 1983.
