Libby McNary is a founding Partner of McNary Powers and leads our family law services. An Indiana native, Ms. McNary started her legal career working as a Law Clerk in the Office of the Indiana Attorney General in 2006 while attending Indiana University Law School. After graduation, she moved to Florida and joined the firm of Harrison, Kirkland, Pratt & McGuire, P.A. as an associate in April 2010. In June 2012, Ms. McNary began her practice, Libby A. McNary, P.A., focusing on marital and family cases, including divorce, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, paternity, child custody and timesharing, and alimony and child support....

I practice exclusively in the area of Marital and Family Law in the State of Florida, including original dissolution of marriage actions, modification actions, enforcement actions, and appeals concerning Marital and Family Law.

I am admitted to practice before all courts in Florida and Ohio, and the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio. I am a member of The Florida Bar, and the Canakaris American Inn of Court

Kristi grew up in the Midwest and graduated from Manchester University in 2010 with a degree in political science and peace studies. Before attending Whittier Law School, she moved to Florida and began working as a paralegal in a Brandon, Florida firm practicing in estate planning and probate. During law school, Kristi was an extern for the Honorable Scott C. Clarkson of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California. I have been licensed to practice law since 1987. I have tried over 400 jury trials from DUI's to First Degree Murder. I am licensed throughout the State of Florida and the Middle District of Florida for federal cases.

At the Law Office of Gale Moore, we are dedicated to helping clients restructure their families privately and respectfully. We practice both litigation and out-of-court dispute resolution though over the course of time we have expanded our out-of-court practice focusing on collaborative divorce and family law, mediation and direct negotiations. Victoria Lyn Anderson primarily practices in the areas of domestic and family law and bankruptcy. Ms. Anderson's experience in these areas of law has given her a unique ability to not only achieve results but to assist clients though difficult, complicated and sometimes incredibly emotional events.
