I have been practicing law for over 30 years. My practice is focused on helping people with family law issues, including divorce, custody and timesharing. I have an extensive background in real estate matters which helps with family law.

I have extensive civil litigation experience including, but not limited to, breach of contracts involving real estate transactions and services, automobile accidents, complex civil litigation, insurance bad faith, §1983 cases, slip and fall injuries and workers’ compensation cases. I have a wide variety of Traffic, Misdemeanor and Felony experience with cases involving arson, assault, domestic violence, possession and distribution of drugs, vehicular assault, sexual assault, child abuse, kidnapping and attempted murder. My extensive family law litigation experience includes large and small estates, restraining orders, child support, and custody disputes involving allegations of physical, emotional and/or sexual abuse.

I am a family law and bankruptcy attorney. Before being licensed to practice law in Florida, I was in the legal industry for nearly twenty years. I bring experience, knowledge, and determination to my practice. I fight for my clients and ensure they understand the entire process from start to finish. I am committed to having an open line of communication with my clients.
