I have been serving clients in my own law firm since 2002. In 2006, I was joined by my partner Robert Salter. My primary focus is real estate and consumer bankruptcy. Robert Salter focuses on estate planning and family law. I have helped clients save their home from foreclosure and eliminate second and third mortgages. I've helped people get out from under tens of thousands of dollars of debt and get a fresh start. I have also helped to end creditor harassment and pursued creditors who violate Fair Debt Collection laws.

After graduating from Tulane Law School in 1994, I settled in the Denver area. Over the course of the next nine years I worked for two prestigious law firms in the Metro area. In 2004 I opened my own practice focusing solely on family law. I have been admitted to the Colorado Bar, the United States District Court, District of Colorado, and the United States Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit.

Mr. Dolan is admitted to practice before Colorado State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and the U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in May 2016, and earned his B.A. in Political Science from Colorado State University in 2012.
