Ms. Albelais has been an attorney for eight (8) years with ten years’ prior experience as a family law paralegal. As a result of her extensive family law background, Ms. Albelais knows the ins and outs of the practice of family law and the needs of a family law client.

Jeff Grotke has successfully litigated in family law, including successfully defending against a claim of marital fraud, and has prevailed at trial in a claim of marital fraud and abuse of an elderly person. He has extensive experience with loan modifications, including post-foreclosure defense, bankruptcy actions, and other loan modification litigation. Personal injury cases are also about one-third of his practice, including auto-collision cases.

Colleen has been licensed to practice as an attorney in California more than 20 years. She is also licensed to practice in Nevada. In addition to earning a Juris Doctor, she has earned a Masters in Law in Taxation. She is also a trained mediator from Pepperdine University.
